Offer Conditions
1. This offer (“Offer”) is made by BAKEWELL FOODS PTY LTD, ABN 75 009 068 473, trading as Mrs Macs, (“Promoter”).
2. Offer available only to “Eligible Claimants”. An “Eligible Claimant” is a legal entity that carries on a foodservice business in Australia, purchasing selected products from PFD foods.
3. The Offer commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time {“AEST”) on Tuesday 1st June 2021 & closes at 5:00pm on Friday 30th June 2021 (“Purchase Period”).
4. Subject to these terms and conditions (“Offer conditions”), an Eligible Claimant that makes a Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period, and submits a valid Offer claim that is sent as specified in conditions 10 and 11 and received during the Claim Period (“Claim”), will be awarded their choice of the following via redemption:
(i) A digital e-gift to be delivered to the Claimants supplied Email address is “Switchit Digital Gift Cards. All card functions and processes are to be managed and communicated by © 2021 Gift Card Express Pty Ltd ABN 27 627 192 69.
5. A Qualifying Purchase is the purchase from a wholesaler of the Promoter’s products, in one transaction, of participating products, comprising of:
(i) Minimum 7 cartons of the 11 products listed, must include at least 1 Pastry Bake variety. ($20 E-gift card)
6. Each of the following Mrs Macs participating products is a qualifying product.

7. An Eligible Claimant that makes a minimum 7 cartons of the specified Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period and submits a Claim that is sent as specified in condition 9 and received during the Claim Period will be awarded one $20 Gift Card via redemption.
8. Limited to the first 700 claims submitted and received.
9. For the purposes of the Offer, a Qualifying Purchase is made on the date of the purchase invoice that identifies that Qualifying Purchase.
To participate in the Offer and make a Claim for a Gift, an Eligible Claimant must:
(a) During the Purchase Period, make a minimum 7 cartons of the specidied Qualifying Purchase in accordance with conditions 4, 5 and 6 from PFD Foods.
(b) collect and retain a copy of their invoice.
(c) within the Claim Period visit www.mrsmacs.com.au/bakeithappen;
(d) fully complete and submit the online claim form on the Promotion site, providing all Details required including, but not limited to –
o name, business name, valid email;
o selecting their preferred method of receiving their E-Gift Card
o confirm number of participating products purchased from the Qualifying Purchase lists set out at conditions 5 and 6;
o submitting their qualifying invoice number.
o Indicate their acceptance of these Offer conditions and terms by marking the Terms and conditions acceptance box.
If an Eligible Claimant’s complies with steps (a)- (d) above, their Claim will be validated within 5 business days of the promotion end date if received online and if their Claim is deemed valid, they will either receive an email {to the email address provided as part of their claim) within five (5) business days of their Claim being deemed valid (“Gift Activation Email”). The Eligible Claimant must then follow the links In the Gift Activation Email to access the redemption portal within one (1) month of receiving their gift activation email; and
(i) Enter the E-Gift Card unique code.
(ii) select preferred E-Gift Card retailer
(iii) Be above the age of 18 years old.
If an Eligible Claimant’s complies with steps above they will be emailed their E-Gift Card within 48 hours.
10. An Eligible Claimant may not submit more than 3 Claims and accordingly will not be awarded more than three (3) Gift Cards no matter how many Qualifying Purchases are made. Each Claim for a Qualifying Purchase must be made separately.
11. E-Gift Cards issued to successful claimants are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the issuing retailers.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected Claims, or for any delays or failures in any service.
15. By submitting a Claim, Eligible Claimants are deemed to have accepted these Offer Conditions.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the validity of all Claims (including the right to confirm and verify the identity of a claimant, by requesting proof of identity. Identification considered suitable is at the Promoter’s absolute discretion) and to not accept any Claim from a claimant that, in the Promoter’s opinion, has tampered with the Claim process or submitted a Claim that ls not in accordance with these conditions.
17. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The personal information of each Eligible Claimant’s nominated contact will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Offer. That personal information may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Offer, including the Offer administrator, and Gift Card deliverers. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 1 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter.
